Art-Partners is delighted to be the project manager of ‘Pixelography: Seasons’ at The Upper House. Commissioned by The Glen Grant, renowned post digital art group Random International premiered ‘Pixelography: Seasons’ during Swire Properties Arts Month at The Upper House Hong Kong. In response to The Glen Grant’s 65 Year-Old whiskey, ‘Seasons’ was a week-long painting performance that saw the creation of sixty-five unique artworks using the art group's custom-made Pixelography instruments, translating mathematical principles into gestural expressions, creating a real-time dialogue between artist and algorithm.
Random International were also joined by Sunny Cheung, curator of design and architecture at M+ Museum at The Upper House’s signature fireside chat - UpClose, where they shared their creative process for ‘Seasons’ and their wider artistic practice.
