Morag Cameron

Morag is Project Director of Hotels at art-partners, with over 25 years of experience in hospitality interior design. She brings with her the experience of sourcing and specifying construction and decorative materials, and the unique ability to work through design issues, as well as to problem solve on-site and workshop with contractors.

Morag worked in an architectural and interior design practice in Hong Kong at the start of her career, sourcing and maintaining the product and samples library. Significant roles include Senior FF&E Design Manager for Las Vegas Sands in Macau, where she managed the design, manufacture and install of all FF&E and artwork for Sands Cotai Central. She then became Director of Design for Wynn Design and Development in Macau, and was responsible for the ongoing design renovations and upgrades of Wynn Macau and Encore Macau; she also managed the design and fit-out of key areas within Wynn Palace.

Morag has worked for some of the industry’s leading design companies and brands, such as Shangri-La Hotels, Sheraton, Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Hilton, Peninsula, Venetian, Ove Arup, and Indeed. With an interior designer’s perspective, she possesses the ability to quickly review and understand drawing packages, quantify scope, and interpret operator’s requirements.

Morag studied fine art at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee, Scotland, followed by an MA in Fine Art from Gray’s School of Art, Aberdeen, Scotland.
